New CALS newsletter coming next week

A message delivered to the Cornell CALS faculty and staff

Dear CALS Faculty and Staff,

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new and improved CALS e-newsletter called CALS Field Notes, which you will begin receiving on Thursday, Aug. 24. The bi-weekly email will replace CALS Headline News and include a selection of curated content covering college-wide news, announcements, events, CALS kudos, select social media posts and more.

CALS Field Notes will feature curated content, but much more is available on the CALS website. Visit the website to see college news updates, a full list of CALS people and research covered by the media and a broader listing of CALS events.

Next week, we will begin using a new email system to distribute CALS Field Notes, which offers modern, mobile-friendly templates and an improved experience for our readers.

Please consider the tips below to continue receiving these and other updates from the Cornell CALS Office of Marketing and Communications and on behalf of the Office of the Dean.

So look for CALS Field Notes in your inbox on Thursday, Aug. 24—we hope you enjoy it as a way to stay in touch with your colleagues here at CALS.

Sincerely,

The Cornell CALS Marketing and Communications Team
